"Cyber Assistant" is valid as long as you have your place-of-residence or usually live in Austria and if you are not a citizen of the United States of America.

Cyber Assistant contains services and covers around the usage of the internet, such as IT-Assistance, data recovery and Cybercrime-Emergency help. We provide a 24/7 hotline and also compensation for costs for data recovery and financial losses linked to Online Banking or Online Shopping. Within a period of 12 months starting from individual due date of the contract, 2 usages (limit of 60 minutes each) are included.

"You can withdraw from the moment of the signing of the insurance policy onwards within two weeks after the signing of the insurance policy. You can find a detailled description in the T&C's (terms and conditions). "

You are entitled to terminate the insurance policy in writing at any time with effect from the due date. It is sufficient to send the statement of termination to: cyberassistant.vertrag@cardif.com or to Cardif Allgemeine Versicherung, Rotenturmstraße 16-18, 1010 Wien or via fax to +43 1 533 98 78 40.

The insurance premium is collected on the due dates. Please read your insurance policy to learn the exact day of your due dates.The insurance premiums are to be paid by SEPA direct debit.

The date of the signing of the insurance policy automatically becomes the due date. The monthly insurance premiums are due on this day of any subsequent month during the term of the insurance policy. Furthermore the due date is also the day which, in the case of termination, the insurance policy and the associated insurance cover end (e.g. signing on 01.09.2015; the 01 of any subsequent month thus becomes the due date 01.10., 01.11. etc.)
